It is important, as adults, to have an informed faith so as to be able to live out our faith life in the midst of today's world and its challenges.

Q&A with Fr Mike Schmitz: This YouTube channel contains over 350 videos (about 5-10 minutes each) of Fr Mike Schmitz answering all sorts of questions relating to the Catholic faith. After spending a lot of time in ministry with college students, these videos are helpful for forming a strong, solid and relevant adult Catholic faith. You can also type into the YouTube search bar a topic of interest and include "Fr Mike Schmitz" and he's probably done a video on that too!
Bishop Robert Barron: This YouTube channel contains hundreds of videos on how the Catholic faith interacts and engages with science, culture, atheism, philosophy, questions of meaning, spirituality etc, as well as Sunday sermons.
